Resistance Stretching combines strength training and flexibility training to create optimum balance and efficiency in the body. It is a modern approach to well-being that creates positive, lasting change. 30 min and 60 min individual Resistance Stretching sessions are available.
Suspension Training utilizes "leveraged bodyweight exercises" to build strength, flexibility, power and balance. This type of training can be modified to benefit clients of all fitness levels. Suspension Training is offered in a small group setting (5 clients max) or as a 30 min. Express Individual session.
