Train with Jane Athletics provides professional coaching to athletes of all abilities, from recreational to world-class competitor. We design programs for endurance athletes in the following sports: Cycling (road, mountain and cyclocross); Running; Duathlon; Triathlon; Nordic Skiing. In addition, we offer Strength and Conditioning programs for athletes in the sports of Sailing; Surfing; Windsurfing; Kite Sailing; Snowboarding; Alpine Skiing and Rock Climbing. Train with Jane Athletics offers three different training packages. Each customized training program is administered through a state of the art, interactive website. Athletes are able to log onto their training program and view their annual training plan along with detailed descriptions of each daily workout. Athletes then utilize the website as a journal where they log in actual training time, comments for each session and have the ability to upload heart rate and power data (if applicable).
